Joel Monson has more than 40 years experience defending individuals and businesses, both large and small, in actions ranging from medical negligence to large scale toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining Anderson & Gilbert, L.C. in 1975, Joel was an associate at Kortenhof & Ely. He has tried more than 90 jury trials, and has argued multiple cases before Missouri appellate courts.
