With more than 50 years experience in banking and commercial matters, Fortis (Mike) Lawder brings a wealth of experience to Anderson & Gilbert, L.C. He has represented financial institutions from incorporation to merger, and served as general counsel for Metro Bancholding Corporation for ten years. He is currently general counsel for Reliance Bancshares, Inc. and it's subsidiary banks.  Mike also assists individuals and families in the preparation and execution of testamentary instruments, including the preparation of estate plans for estates whose value ranges from a few thousand dollars to those exceeding  25 million dollars.
